  4. This is to acknowledge our telephone conversation regarding
  5. the past due balance on your account.

  7. Perhaps your remittance to clear this amount has been mailed,
  8. and if so, please accept our thanks.  However, if it has not
  9. yet been sent, we hope a check can be put in the mail in
  10. another day or two to bring your account up to date.  All
  11. merchandise orders are currently being referred to us.  Your
  12. check to clear this past due balance must be received before
  13. future shipments can be made.

  15. We are sorry to see that your account once again carries a
  16. past due balance.  When I met with you recently, I stated
  17. that we were willing to continue our extension of credit at
  18. the present level with the understanding that your account
  19. be maintained on a current basis.

  21. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this time, so it will
  22. be necessary for us to review the current credit arrangements
  23. on your account.  However, we will not be in a position to
  24. extend any credit until the past due charges on your account
  25. have been cleared.  Once these charges have been cleared from
  26. your account, we will review the credit arrangements that we
  27. currently have on your account.  If these past due charges
  28. are not cleared within the next few days, we may have no other
  29. alternative but to withdraw our extension of credit on your
  30. account entirely.
